This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lumshot ("we," "our," or "us") governing your installation and use of the Lumshot desktop application.
By downloading, installing, or using Lumshot, you agree to this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
This Agreement works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Subject to this Agreement, Lumshot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the software for your personal or business use.
This license allows you to use Lumshot but does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property rights.
Lumshot offers a free version that allows you to evaluate the software before purchasing.
The free version may include feature limitations or watermarks.
Purchasing a license unlocks additional features and removes applicable limitations according to your purchased license.
Licensed versions of Lumshot require a valid license key issued through our payment provider.
Your license key is intended solely for your own use and must not be shared, resold, or distributed.
If you lose your license key, you may request it again using the email address associated with your purchase, subject to verification.
You may use Lumshot to:

Lumshot and all associated software, branding, graphics, documentation, and source code are owned by Lumshot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Lumshot may receive updates that improve functionality, security, compatibility, or performance.
Some updates may be required for continued operation of certain features.
Certain features integrate with third-party platforms such as Jira.
Future versions may support additional integrations.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Lumshot is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.
Lumshot is designed with privacy in mind.
Features such as OCR and Smart Redaction process data locally on your device.

Lumshot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable software but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumshot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your license, if any.
This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using Lumshot and remove all installed copies of the software.
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of Lumshot after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
