These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lumshot desktop application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Lumshot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

This license grants you the right to use Lumshot but does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property rights.
Lumshot provides a free version that allows users to explore and evaluate the software before purchasing a license.
The free version may include feature limitations or watermarks. These limitations are removed according to the license you purchase.
Paid licenses are processed securely through Polar.
When purchasing a license, you may be asked to provide your email address and payment information through Polar. Your email is used to deliver your license key and assist with future license recovery if needed.
Lumshot does not store your payment card information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Polar in accordance with its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Because Lumshot is digital software that can be evaluated using the free version before purchase, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
We encourage you to try the free version to ensure Lumshot meets your needs before purchasing a license.
If you experience a licensing issue, payment problem, or believe your purchase was made in error, please contact us at contact@lumshot.app. We will review each request individually and do our best to resolve the issue where possible.

Lumshot allows you to create screenshots, recordings, annotations, and other visual content.
You retain ownership of all content you create using Lumshot.
Lumshot does not claim ownership of your screenshots, recordings, annotations, or extracted text.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or distribute using the software.
